Medical advice

I am a qualified physiotherapist, but the coaching and programming services at ROX Physio are not individual physiotherapy treatment unless this has been expressly agreed in writing.

If you have injuries, illness, pregnancy, cardiovascular disease or other medical conditions, you should contact your doctor or relevant healthcare providers before starting a new training programme.

Training risk

HYROX and high-intensity training carry an inherent risk of injury, overload and acute health incidents. It is your responsibility to listen to your body, follow safety instructions and stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness or other discomfort.

ROX Physio accepts no liability for injuries, loss or damage occurring in connection with training based on our programmes, coaching or website material.

Results

Any results, PR improvements or race times shown on the website or shared by clients are individual and not guaranteed. Your progress depends on factors such as genetics, previous injuries, sleep, nutrition, stress, training history and consistency.

The website may contain links to third-party platforms, apps or products. ROX Physio is not responsible for the content, practices or terms of these external sites.
