I help committed HYROX athletes perform better - without wasting time on random training or half-measures.

My name is Oliver, and my background is in both physiotherapy and as a medic in the Danish Defence. I combine clinical understanding of the body with experience from performance environments where there is no room for guesswork - only what works.

In recent years I have specialised in HYROX, working to optimise strength, endurance and race strategy. My focus is not just getting you through a race, but raising your level significantly.

I work mainly with serious, ready-to-commit athletes who want to push their performance to the next level, already train but lack structure and direction, or want a plan built on evidence and experience.

A good race is won in the weeks nobody sees you train.
